Domestic Delivery

Our items are personalised in our own workshops and as such items will be dispatched within 5-10 working days of ordering. If you require your order quicker ensure you email us first, info@itsseweasy.uk

Delivery is via Hermes, signed for and normally takes between 2 and 4 working days.

How do I return my order?

Due to our items being personalised order will only be accepted for return if they are damaged before transit. If you wish to return an item due to damage we reserve the right to send you a replacement item before offering a refund. Items must be received by us before a new item is dispatched. The customer is responsible for the safe return of an item. Do not return an item until you have email our customer service team info@itsseweasy.uk

Can I change my order?

Orders can be amended up to 30mins after placed by emailing info@itsseweasy.uk We cannot guarantee orders can be amended after this time.

Discount Codes

Monogram Me reserves the right to decline a discount code if the code is not used within the terms of it original intent.
